Privacy policy

This page states plainly what data the site receives from you, why it is needed, who it goes to and how to have it deleted. We collect nothing beyond what is listed here.

Version of 6 August 2026

1. Who processes the data

The operator is Patent Markazi, a patent centre in Tashkent. Contact details and address are on the Contacts page. Processing follows the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on personal data.

2. What data we receive

  • What you enter yourself: name, phone number and brand name — in the request form, in the form under the instant check, and when downloading the PDF with the list of documents.
  • The name you type into the instant check and the Nice classes you select. If you leave a request right after the check, they are sent with it: the manager needs to know what you came with.
  • Anonymised details of the visit: pages, referral source, device and browser type. They cannot identify a person.

3. Why the data is needed

  • To contact you about your request, check the sign against the state database and name the risks of refusal.
  • To prepare and file the application, correspond with the examiner, and draw up documents and invoices.
  • To send materials you asked for yourself — for example, the PDF with the list of documents.
  • To understand which pages and channels work. Anonymised statistics are enough for that.

4. Who the data goes to

  • To Patent Markazi staff — a request arrives as a notification in the internal Telegram chat.
  • To the Intellectual Property Agency under the Ministry of Justice — but only if you instructed us to file, and only to the extent the office requires.
  • We do not sell, rent out or pass your data to third parties for their own advertising.

5. How long data is kept

Enquiries that did not turn into work are kept no longer than three years. For cases taken on, data is kept while the certificate is valid and for as long as accounting requires. On your request the data is deleted earlier.

6. Withdrawing consent and deleting data

Write or call using the contacts on the Contacts page and say you are asking for your data to be deleted. We remove it from working chats and internal records within ten business days and confirm that we have. If documents for the office or for accounting have already been drawn up on your case, they are kept for the periods set by law.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site works without an account and shows no advertising. Cookies and local storage are used only to remember the chosen language and to collect anonymised visit statistics. They can be switched off in your browser — the site keeps working.

8. Data protection

The site runs over HTTPS. The forms are protected against automated submissions and the request rate is limited. No payment is taken on the site, so we neither ask for nor store banking details — never enter them in the form.

9. Changes

The current version is always published on this page and dated above. If the way data is processed changes, the text will be updated here.
